Pastor Doug stands ready to serve a congregation to lead and direct the congregation to fulfill the vision and mission given by our Lord. He is capable of leading and training the leaders of the congregation to fulfill their roles in the ministry in which they have been called to serve.
His experience in church planting, strategic planning and congregational care, gives him a unique perspective and passion for the church. He is seeking a church looking for a senior or sole pastor and with a congregation that seeks to grow God’s Kingdom.
